Upstate NY based 88Rocks was formed in 2009. It's goal is to be the best working 80's rock cover band in upstate New York. 88Rocks plays a diverse spectrum of artists from the 80's. Hair Metal, Pop Radio Hits and Deep Cuts - 88Rocks does it all!
The members are all seasoned pros and were hand picked for their musicianship and showmanship. The band likes to have fun and doesn't take itself too seriously, but prides itself on delivering great music and incorporating the crowd into the show.

Lead guitarist/vocalist Trace Davis was a founding member of former Attack Records/Sony recording act 'As It Is' which was based out of NYC.
He is the president/founder of Voodoo Amplification. He has also played with recording artists 'Watersigns', 'Beggarsday', and 'Twilight Kingdom', several upstate NY bands such as 'The Melon Brothers', 'Buster Crab', 'Asylum', etc.
He has also served as a recording engineer/producer on numerous projects, as well as on countless recordings as a session player.

Lead guitarist/vocalist Donnie Buttaccio plays "Angus Young" in Rochester NY's premier AC/DC tribute band 'High Voltage' and also plays with other east coast AC/DC tribute bands 'Back In Black' & 'Live Wire' when needed.

Drummer J. Harman was a founding member of Mayhem recording act 'Boiler', has played with upstate NY favorites 'Tokyo' and 'The Works'.
He has spent over a decade touring the world as a drum tech for such bands as 'Guns N'Roses', 'Soundgarden', 'Alice In Chains', 'Cinderella', 'Garbage' and many others.
He is the owner of Ithaca NY's longest running and legendary live music venue The Haunt Bar & Grill.

Keyboardist/vocalist Mac Myers hails from Ithaca NY favorites 'DiN' and 'Blither'. He designs the graphics and the website, too.

Bassist/vocalist Matt Williams was a founding member of recording artists 'Watersigns' and has also played in upstate NY favorites such as 'Buster Crab', 'Dawg House' and 'Jimmy's Nightmare'.
